**Problem Statement:**
Tracking system for in-campus transport

Totos can become the main mode of transport inside and within small distances outside the IISER Kolkata campus. Develop a system to track totos available near campus gate and other points inside the campus (Lecture hall, auditorium, faculty quarters etc.). Any visitor/registered user will use the system to check the availability of the toto and call the respective driver to come to the specific location. Any user should be able to check the distance of a toto from his/her location and the expected time of arrival. A rate chart with distance and fare should be available to a user.

Constraints: 
1. Toto drivers are not carrying smart phones
2. A visitor/user may or may not have smart phone
3. Different building distances from the main gate are 
 
A. RC: 700 meters,
B. RN Tagore Auditorium: 500 meters, 
C. Nivedita hostel: 900 metres 
D. RISE Foundation IISER premises: 1200 meters


We are interested about both app and LCD display based systems (mounted on main gate(s) and various pickup points). 

Note also that new visitors/foreigners may not have smart phones with local SIM cards.
